RECIPE: Very Berry Tropical Smoothie

Have you ever made a smoothie that turned out just so pretty, you almost didn’t want to drink it? Well, today I’m sharing my tride and true delicious “Very Berry Smoothie” with you guys! It’s been by far the yummiest sweet treat that turns out to have major health benefits too! Can you say Antioxidants Overload? Oh YES! Berries are loaded with fiber, potassium, Vitamin C, B Vitamins, magnesium, folate and so many more sources of health that we need in our bodies each and every day. This smoothie is jam packed full of healthy deliciousness, I can’t wait for you to make one for yourself! It even is SO special, it has a super secret ingredient.

Prep time: 5 minutes


1 Cup frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 banana

1 tbs honey

1 cup ice


1 cup spinach

Step 1: Combine berries, chopped banana, spinach, almond milk, honey and ice in blender.

Step 2: Blend on high until mixed well. Enjoy!
