Adding Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides into my day

I’ve always been that person with the thinnest of thin finger nails, it’s just a fact. Another fact: I’ve always leaned on the more thicker side of hair, but that’s changed with age as I notice more and more thinning strands as I brush out tangles on a regular basis.
