House #4–“Bergerac” Before (Part 1)

Hi guys! Today is such an exciting day for us! Not only is it Nick’s birthday today, but it’s FINALLY time for us to share what we’ve been working on for the past several months.

Today is REVEAL DAY for House #4!!

It’s been so hard for me to keep all of these “before” pictures to myself for this long because I’ve wanted you to see the whole picture instead of sneak peeks for what seems like forever. But, I knew from the beginning that I wanted to share them all at once so that we could save the very best for last to share our biggest and best project yet!

We’ve been knee deep in rehab projects since May of 2017 with this one and haven’t really come up for air since. This has been a true blood, sweat and tears project and has been our biggest transformation out of all of the previous rehabs. House #4 is 3300 square feet and we have renovated every inch of it since we stepped inside on Day #1. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, this takes the cake for our biggest and most needed TLC project from the inside out. We knew right when stepped inside this one for a showing that it was meant for us to have our hands on. In fact, right as soon as the listing agent hit the submit button to add this listing to the MLS, I was setting up a showing with her, so we could be the very first people to get inside. Nick has outdone himself with his amazing creative talent down to every last moulding piece he’s dreamed up and added to each and every window inside. We couldn’t be more proud of how it’s all turned out and have fully appreciated the journey along the way. It’s tested our patience, perseverance and our sanity, as all real estate projects do, but we’re so excited to finally get to turn this one over to a good family in need of a newly renovated HOME!

Without further ado, I’m beyond excited to share with you our latest (and favorite) project yet…
