Happy Friday-Five Day to you!! I hope you’ve had a fabulous week! We’ve had a super productive one which always makes me feel extra satisfied, come Friday. Can you guys believe we’re already to the END of October? Where in the world has this year gone? I can’t believe it! We’ve gotta kick things into high gear and make the rest of this year count, am I right?
Anyways, today is all about 5 at-home workouts that you can get done in under 10 minutes! I can’t tell you how often it’s said that people choose not to workout because they simply don’t have enough time in their schedule to fit in a sweat session. Well, that train stops right here and now because each of these workouts can easily be done in less time than it takes to blow dry your hair! Yep! It’s true! I like to add these workouts to the end of my runs or for a quick sweat session mid-day to move my body if I’ve been sitting for a really long time to shake things up a bit.
I’ve gathered up 5 amazingly awesome butt kicking workouts that you can squeeze in first thing in the morning, during your lunch break or even right before bedtime! And the best part? You’ll break a sweat AND move your entire body–ALL in under 10 minutes! Awesome, right? I’ve got yoga, abs, total body, cardio and HIIT on this list and you’re guaranteed to be able to fit them into your day, I promise!
You won’t need any equipment, just yourself and you can bring these workouts with you anywhere, any place at any time! Oh, and did I mention they’re 100% totally free? YouTube is where it’s at and it’s free for the taking, so let’s get right to the good stuff, shall we?

Now, what were those excuses again about not having time? Yep, that excuse is no longer on the table, my friend! Get sweaty and back to your regularly scheduled programming, quick- fast and in a hurry! K?

What are your Halloween plans? Any costumes?
Have you ever worked out on your lunch break before?
I used to run around a neighborhood loop at a law firm I used to work for. It was a little tricky not to get too overly hot though and be a sweaty mess the rest of the day. But, I did love it when I was able to fit it into my schedule!
Have a wonderful weekend you guys!
