 I’ve grown in so many ways since jumping in head first to this whole “blogging gig” and haven’t looked back since hitting the submit button on my very first post 5ish years ago. I absolutely love sharing my passions with my readers and look forward to sharing new posts each and every week.

Let’s start with the basics: I’m 30 years old and born and raised in central Arkansas. I’m a runner and have been for about 12 years to date. I’ve completed various 5k’s, 10k’s, 4 half marathons and 1 full marathon. I’m also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arkansas. My boyfriend, Nick, and I flip houses, ya know “HGTV style”. We absolutely LOVE what we do and love that each and every single day is different from the one before. We love to create homes instead of just updating “houses” for the families that purchase the homes we are so fortunate to be involved in. We live in each one during the time of the updates then sell and move onto the next. So, living in a construction zone has become second nature and we know it all too well. We love taking the time to pay attention to the tiniest of details that in the end will matter the most, and make us feel fulfilled at the end of each renovation project.

On top of all of the home renovation adventures we take on, I tackle a consistent running schedule, yoga routine, strength training as well as a healthy nutrition lifestyle. A “healthy” living approach is most important to me in the sense that “healthy” has multiple meanings in my book. I believe wholeheartedly that being so-called “healthy” involves not only your body but your mind and soul as well. I choose to live the healthiest and happiest lifestyle for me that’s filled with fun and balance with a few (or more than a few) chocolate chips every now and then.

So, what can you expect from my blog? I write about anything and everything going on in our lives at the current moment. That can change literally by the minute, so hang on tight and come by often. You never know what next project we’ll have on our hands and just how crazy it might get. From training for my next marathon, to taste testing my latest recipe, or moving for the 3rd time in a year, I can guarantee I’m always up to something and I can’t wait to share it all with you!
