Hey friends! Happy Tuesday to you! I hope you’re having a wonderful week so far! I’m just holding on as tight as I can to these last few weeks of my CSA program with New South Coop. The Summer CSA shares wrap up in just 1 week so hopefully I’ll have a few good recipes left in the tank to share. Today though, is all about this Almond Butter Fruit Dip recipe! Anyone else a sucker for a good fruit dip like me? One of my favorite things on a fruit tray at a party or lunch is the fruit dip part. Maybe I’m crazy, maybe I’m not. Who in the world knows!
In this last week’s CSA share we got the CUTEST little jar of all natural (and local of course!) HONEY! I had to stop myself from jumping up and down it was so cute! Something about mason jars makes me one happy girl! Again, crazy? Maybe. I like to think not though. Maybe it’s just the southern girl in me. I knew without a doubt I was going to have to use this guy up quick fast and in a hurry!
So, here we are! I’ve got the absolute EASIEST and FASTED dip for you to whip up in a literally a matter of minutes. You wanna know how many ingredients it takes too? 4. yes, I said 4!! That’s all she wrote! Now, the actual dipping fruit can vary depending on what tickles your fancy. You can use apples, grapes, berries, bananas, oranges. Heck you can even use celery for all I care. Just get to dipping girlfriend!
Okay, okay, let me get you to the good stuff already!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1) 2 TBS Honey
2) 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
3) 1/4 cup almond butter (creamy)
4) 1 cup plain greek yogurt (2 little tubs of yogurt was about 1 cup)
*Then your dipping fruit!
Total Time: (Maybe) 2 minutes. Seriously.
Step 1) Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 2) Serve and enjoy! You didn’t believe me when I said it was easy did you. I mean it really doesn’t get easier than that! Look how gorgeous and yummy this is! What are you waiting for? Get to dipping!!
Make sure to re-create this and use the #CBHChewsdayTuesday!! I’d love to see your creations! Feel free to mix your fruit up or even swap out the almond butter for peanut butter! I’m sure it’s equally as delicious!
Have a great rest of your Tuesday! Let’s hang out again real soon, k?
As always, From Chelsea
