Hey friends, happy Fri-YAY! How was your week? I hope it went really great for you! I’ve successfully stuck to my goal so far of running 3 times this week. I got outside today for a 5k run and then we ended the day with a 5 mile walk so I’d say I got in my exercise for the day, for sure. My FitBit says I’m at 23k steps so, I’d say that’s plenty, wouldn’t you? 😉 Time to rest and relax tonight.
