Hi! How’s your day been? Hopefully, it’s been a really good day for you! We’ve had the weirdest week, but I’ll share more on that later. Today was filled with all things packing, cleaning & a little pressure washing. What fun? Right? 😉
It’s been a little while since we talked about all the randoms lately, so I thought today would be the perfect day to do just that!
Oh, and there’s a new Flip Life vlog up too! Grab your coffee, sit back, relax and pack/clean with me as we get ready for our big move next week!
Panera’s breakfast is pretty tasty and has been a common choice in our house for the past few weeks. If you haven’t had their Superfruit smoothie, you need to ASAP! It’s delicious!
We FINALLY got back to the gym this week! AND I have a run planned for tomorrow! I call that a success in my book considering our crazy schedules lately. It felt so good to sweat ALL the toxins out with a good full body workout at the gym.
Really, are you surprised? I can’t stop…and won’t stop.
Definitely won’t be stopping anytime soon with the avo toast either. Breakfast, lunch or dinner it’s always a good choice!
Much needed reminder right now.
This is how my Thursday started. The packing adventure begins…Cooper was clearly searching for snacks, per the usual.
And this is how my day ended. We did a little pressure washing and the glasses really made my outfit. 😉 Fashion blogger right here, I tell ya’.
What a crazy week, and it’s only Thursday! Here’s hoping Friday wraps up the work week with a bang for everyone all around! Thanks for stopping by the blog today! I’ve got a dose of Friday Favorites coming your way tomorrow, so be sure to stay tuned!
Questions for you:
How many times have you moved in your life? (Rough estimate ;))
Did you sweat today? What was your workout?
What’s your favorite thing to order at Panera Bread?
So I have moved less than I think the average 28 year old has … I mean I came home to one house when I was born and then my parents built another house and we moved into an apartment while that house was being built (1), then we moved into the house we lived in for 22 years (2) and then moved into a townhouse where I live now (3). I really don’t know much about moving but I enjoy seeing what it might be like when I buy my first house! 🙂
I did sweat today … I went to a spin class and it was a great workout. My spin instructor said something that really stuck with me today … We ALL have 24 hrs in the day … we HAVE to take 1 hr to get in a dedicated workout everyday EVEN with the warm weather coming we still need to challenge our bodies and brains.
I used to LOVE Panera but they keep changing/taking away my favorite breads so I have pretty much stopped going to Panera. I have found that I can get a healthy breakfast at the Lifetime Fitness that I am a member at and will grab a breakfast sandwich after my workout on the way to work.
Do you love the gym you go to? Do you have a favorite class at the gym?
Oh girly, you’re lucky then when it comes to moving! It’s exciting to start fresh, but it can be a big pain to pack everything up over and over again! HAHA! 🙂 Can’t wait until you buy your first house!!! So exciting!
Spin classes are so much fun and such a great workout! I love that motivation from your instructor too! They’re 100% right and it’s such a good reminder!
I wish my gym had a healthy breakfast option! How awesome is that?! That would totally motivate me to get there bright and early more often! 🙂
Even though we don’t have breakfast, I do love our gym! It’s simple but large with plenty of room for everyone to get their workout on without feeling cramped! Plus there are a ton of machine options which I love! I actually haven’t taken a class there but I want to upgrade my membership this summer so I can check out their Bodypump or yoga classes!!
Have a great rest of your day, Lindsay!! 🙂
I love that the gym has a small “cafe” because it makes life so much easier. Do you have Lifetime Fitness in your area because if you do I’d join their gym because they all have the cafe’s and then your classes would also be included in the membership.
I do have to ask a logistical question … how does the gym you go to keep the members who “don’t pay for classes” separate from those that do? I have never been to a gym which gives you that as an option. 🙂
