I hope you have some super fun Fall-ish plans for today! Before you go, I want to let you in on a little new blog post series I want to start on the weekends! Each weekend, I’ll be reviewing a new product to share with you guys to let you know the details in my honest opinion! You know–the good, the bad, and the ugly! I always love trying out new things, (food, products, whatever!) but I love to read reviews first and see what other people thought before I waste my money! So, I thought I could do that here for you!

Just so you know in advance, this product review is of course, my own honest opinion–and Health Warrior is NOT paying me to do this! I paid $4.99 for the box of 5 bars at Target!
I tried out the “Health Warrior Chia Bar” in Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor this week because I’m always on the hunt for good snack bars. I’ve seen and heard so much about these guys and I know that Chia seeds are amazingly healthy for you to get into your diet pretty much every day! I’ve seen people throw chia seeds into their smoothies and oatmeal and of course, I had seen them in these bars! I just knew I had to try it! Once I found the box, the ingredients/health facts really sold me. Check out these health benefits of chia seeds on the back of the box:
Also, take a look at these nutrition facts and ingredients! I was super impressed! Oh and not to mention these are Gluten free, dairy free, soy free AND vegan! That’s kind of tough to do and still make it taste good! Also, a huge bonus is that 1 bar only contains 5g of sugar! Even better in my book!
I was a little surprised at how tiny they are, but once you eat the entire bar–it doesn’t really feel like it was so tiny based on how filling it is. I can definitely see myself grabbing one of these for a long run for fuel, or a few of them for hiking. They’re tiny, but pack a punch!

Now for the verdict: It was REALLY good! It wasn’t overly powerful with flavor, but it was just enough! I loved knowing that it had superfoods in it and was packed with protein to keep me full and wouldn’t spike my blood sugar like crazy with it’s low sugar content! It really it a great snack and I would DEFINITELY buy these again! Really good bar! They have a ton of different flavors, so I’ll have to try a few others too, but chocolate peanut butter was really delicious!

Try to pause and reflect this weekend about how much you have to be grateful for. I promise if you can turn your perspective around to gratitude more often than not, your whole life can change in an instant!
