Good Morning and happy Tuesday! I have been itching for some new reads lately so I think I finally have a good handful of new options! I know I’m not the only one obsessed with personal development reads, so I wanted to share what’s on my Spring reading list! Also, I’ve got a few food randoms to share too–because why not?! I talk more about food on my blog than running/anything else and I’m more than okay with that. 😆

I hope you’re having a great start to your week! If you need a little extra boost of energy today, I’d highly suggest searching “Inspirational Videos” on YouTube. We’ve been doing this every single morning for a while now and it kickstarts our day 10x better than without! We usually leave it on all throughout the day so it’s constantly on in the background. Seriously, try it!

We ran by Fresh Market yesterday to grab a few essentials for the day. We never run out of this bread. We change up the different types of Dave’s Killer Bread, but we always have SOME sort of yummy kind of it in our kitchen. It’s the best bread I’ve ever had, even their “white bread”. So good.
Another tub of Mediterranean Pasta Salad bites the dust. I eat everything but the olives and red tomatoes. 😆
This table tempts me SO MUCH! Why does everything have to look so insanely delicious every time? I’ll take one of each, please!
This is NOT from Fresh Market, but Wal-Mart but demands all the attention from my fellow PB lovers out there. I used to strictly be a Whole Foods/Fresh Market “freshly” grounded PB girl because, they’re pretty freaking delicious. UNTIL, I had this creamy PB from Wal-Mart a few months ago. I could literally drink it from a straw. It’s SOOOO good, especially on top of your favorite bowl of oats for breakfast. Another bonus? It’s $3.97, so why would you NOT try it?
This guy was giving me the crazy eyes for my snack last night. His little eyes didn’t miss a single bite…(He was too lazy to actually lift his head though, so this face was made the entire time I was eating and seriously made me laugh out loud. HA!!)
I am SO excited for my Spring reading list! I can’t wait to dive into all 3 of these. I pre-ordered Rachel Hollis’ new book “Girl Stop Apologizing” that comes out March 5th! I LOVED her first book, “Girl Wash Your Face” and know this one is going to be just as good.
“Atomic Habits” has been on my wish-list for a while now because I’ve heard such good things about this book. I am all about creating new habits this year and have been really making big progress in a ton of areas. A few of the things I’ve been working on and have seen major changes in so far:
No TV in our room at night —We were binging on Netflix shows right before bed for a while and I just wasn’t sleeping well at all! After we decided to keep TV strictly for the living room, I noticed a huge difference in my sleep!
Meditation every night before bed–(instead of TV) I use the app “Simple Habit” for bedtime meditations and it’s so calming. I also use various YouTube mediations too to mix things up every so often.
Consistent weekly exercise routine–I mentioned it a few weeks ago but I’ve started a consistent routine of specific workout days, like “arm day”, “leg day”, “cardio day”, “fully body workout day”, and “rest day”. This has been a game changer and I don’t know why it took me so long to do this! I used to go to the gym and do ALL of the things every time and I just never really saw many changes. This routine though has been working wonders and has been helping my running soooo much.
The last one is Mel Robbins “Take Control of Your Life“! She’s another one that I loved her other book the “5 Second Rule” and can’t wait to get into this new one. She has some seriously motivated YouTube videos too if you want to check her out there!
One last random for the day: If you haven’t done this yoga video yet, add it to your Tuesday to-do list! It’s only 10 minutes but feels extra good!
Okay, speaking of weekly workouts–I’m headed to the gym for leg day! Wish me luck!
I hope you have the best Tuesday!

Questions for YOU today:
What are you currently reading? Do you do audiobooks or are you more of an actual book type of person?
I LOVE my audiobooks but I do love a good handheld book every so often too! I just like multi-tasking and being able to listen to my books while I clean/drive, etc.
What’s your favorite grocery store? Do you go to a few different ones or do you stick to one place?
If you had to choose between early-to-bed-early-to-rise OR late-to-bed-late-to-rise–which would you choose?
